✿ How long will my pre-orders take to be shipped?
Pre-orders can take up to 5-8 weeks for me to complete your item(s) (shipping time not included). You'll receive an e-mail in case there's some changes in the scheduele and/ or once our order is ready to ship.
✿ What are the return and refund policies in pre-orders?
Since I'm making something personally for you, refunds and returns are not permitted unless your item was damaged upon delivery. Please keep the original packaging as this is required evidence for any compensation to be issued. If this is the case or if I sent you the wrong item, please contact me through the contact form or my instagram @seeyou.miu within 3 days of delivery with your order number and any information I may need to recognise your issue with.
✿ Why is the piece I want not available to pre-order?
If the piece you want is not available for pre-order, it means either that item was a one of a kind, and that I will no longer be reproducing it or that the pre-ordering period has ended. I only accept pre-orders during the first week of a shop update!
